By accessing or using the services provided by CallyTec ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services & Scope

CallyTec provides custom website development, digital products, paid media management, brand design, and AI automation solutions. Detailed project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are defined in individual client statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All final client deliverables created under an active service agreement become the property of the client upon full payment. CallyTec retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, proprietary code templates, and internal development tools.
